KES Consulting Enterprises ("KES", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through kesces.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

KES Consulting Enterprises is a founder led AI advisory company operated by Andreana Moody in the United States. You can reach us any time at kes@kesces.com.

What we collect

• Email address and name. Only when you give them to us, such as subscribing to the newsletter or requesting your AI Business Fit Check results.
• Information you send us. Anything you include in an email or share during a call or engagement.
• Basic technical information. When you submit a form, our hosting provider processes your network address so we can limit spam and abuse. We store it only in a hashed, non-identifying form.

We do not collect payment card details. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it to us.

How we use it

• To send the newsletter and the AI notes you asked for.
• To reply to your questions and deliver services you requested.
• To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. We do not use your information to train AI models.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and the business. They only process information on our behalf:

• Our website hosting and database provider, which stores newsletter signups.
• Calendly, when you book a call.
• Gumroad, when you purchase a digital product. Gumroad handles payment and collects its own information under its own policy.
• Our email provider, when we send you a message.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Booking and checkout pages hosted by Calendly and Gumroad may set their own cookies once you visit them.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep client correspondence and records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet ordinary business and tax obligations.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kes@kesces.com and we will respond within 30 days.
• You can decline to give us information, though some services need an email address to work.

Security

Information is stored with access controls in place, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, so we keep what we collect to a minimum.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted in the newsletter.
